100% naturally leavened sourdough Stollen, enriched with cultured butter and studded with handmade marzipan, almonds, Whisky-soaked dried fruit, citrus peel and a pinch of spices.

Stollen is a delicacy. We use carefully hand-selected ingredients, prioritising regional and organic.

Wheat flour, cultured butter, milk, almonds, raisins, cranberries, sultanas, candied citrus peel (orange, lemon, cedro), sugar, water, whisky, cinnamon, cardamom, vanilla, orange zest
